Preservation Wednesdays at the Old Capitol Museum - To celebrate Preservation Month, each Wednesday in May will feature a different presentation addressing an important topic in preservation. Programs are from Noon - 1pm each Wednesday in May at the Old Capitol Museum.

3rd Annual Zoo Brew - Jackson - This unique event will feature live music, specialty food, beer and wine samplings and other activities! Zoo Brew is a 21 and over event, and is sure to appeal to the 25-54+ crowd. It is a casual event with a "happy hour" feel, and is a great place to entertain employees, friends, co-workers or clients.

Father's Day Car and Bike Show - Jackson - What do dads and cars have in common? They are all vintage! Join us at the zoo on Father's Day for an event that is sure to get your motors running!!

16th Annual Ice Cream Safari - Jackson - 5,000 visitors sample over a dozen ice cream favors scooped by local television, radio and print media celebrities, and they are asked to vote for their favorite flavor as well as favorite celebrity scooper. Ice Cream Safari passes are an additional fee.
