4th Annual Kentucky Derby Party   
Come at 4:30 to view the Kentucky Derby on a large projection screen,  and at
5:30 a barbecue dinner will be served.  The party is meant to be an old
fashioned, traditional party.  Those attending are asked to come in formal dress including coats and toes for the men and dresses and hats (encouraged) for
women.  FUNDS WILL BE USED FOR THE PRESERVATION AND RENOVATION

Bright Lights, Belhaven Nights Festival
The streets of Belhaven will glow when “Bright Lights, Belhaven Nights,” the historic neighborhood’s annual arts and music street festival, celebrates one of Jackson’s oldest neighborhoods at this Southeast Tourism Society's Top 20 Event for the month of August. The event kicks off at 6:00 p.m. and is designed to promote the unique neighborhood, its people and businesses.
